You can now pay your water bill
quickly over the phone or online, for a convenience fee charged by
our payment provider, Official Payments Corp. To ensure credit is
applied to your account at Sweetwater Authority, you must enter
Sweetwater Authority’s Jurisdiction Code, 1547, when prompted.

Participation is easy, by phone, call 1-800-272-9829. Payments can
also be made securely online. A link to our provider can be accessed
here (see link at right), or you can go directly to Official Payments
Corp.’s website at www.officialpayments.com.
Call Sweetwater Authority Customer Service at (619) 420-1413 with
your confirmation number, or, if you
have any questions.
