Calculating your bill
Your Sweetwater Authority bill is comprised of multiple charges, including a Water Charge, a Readiness To Serve Charge and San Diego County Water Authority (CWA) Pass Through Charge. The Water Charge reflects the amount of water used at your property during the billing period. The Readiness To Serve Charge is calculated based on the billing property’s meter size. The CWA Pass Through Charge helps collect revenue for certain CWA costs.
