Fire Flow Test Information

Hydraulic Analysis performed using Innovyze® InfoWater modeling software. Requester to provide the following three items:

1. Fill out this form to contact Sweetwater Authority's Engineering Department with a written request for the hydraulic analysis. Please include your project name.
2. Map or exhibit indicating the fire hydrant or node to be tested
3. Payment of $600 for each hydrant or node. Check made payable to 'Sweetwater Authority' or  pay with a credit card through the Developer Payment Portal.

* Hydraulic Analysis performed by flowing a selected fire hydrant. Requester to provide the following three items:

1. Written request for the hydrant to be flowed (emailed to engineeringdept@sweetwater.org). Please include your name, contact information, and project name.
2. Map or exhibit indicating the location of the fire hydrant to be flowed, including the residual fire hydrant location
3. Payment of $1,200 for each hydrant to be flowed. Check made payable to 'Sweetwater Authority' or  pay with a credit card through the Developer Payment Portal.

* Due to safety and water conservation concerns, obtaining flow test information using Sweetwater Authority’s water modeling method is preferred. Sweetwater Authority reserves the right to deny a requested flow test fire hydrant location.
