Sweetwater Authority requires a contractor to have completed a minimum of three public irrigation/water distribution projects for a public water agency, within the last five years, that are equal or greater value than the project proposed to be performed. Prevailing Rate of per diem wages are required.
Once a contractor is approved by the Authority, the Owner/Developer and its contractor will be required to enter into an Agreement to Improve Development – Water Facilities (Agreement).
