NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of Sweetwater Authority will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 505 Garrett Avenue, Chula Vista, California 91910, at which time the Board will consider and may adopt increases in certain fees and charges for various services provided by the Authority and other regulatory activities, as well as penalties for violations of the Authority’s Rates and Rules. The fees and charges considered at this meeting do not include any fees or charges for water service.

Data indicating the amount of estimated reasonable costs required to provide the services for which the fees and charges are to be levied, and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, are available for public review.
